All players will play three doubles games in a round-robin fashion with the other three players of the foursome. The number of points per game can be adjusted by the league manager for the desired length of the average match. At the start of the game, players will decide who starts serving first and choice of side.

To view your assigned matches, click on 'my matches'. Those matches assigned to you from the singles ladder and doubles ladder will appear. Singles Ladder matches will display first, with the dates for the current round. Doubles Ladder matches are displayed next by rung. Matches for players on two doubles teams will be grouped together by rung.

Doubles is obviously played at a higher % than singles at most clubs. The single most important reason that doubles ladders fail is one word – SCHEDULING. To try to line up schedules with four different players is almost impossible. A better way to run a fun and competitive doubles ladders is allow players to hook up and play with different partners and then rank everyone individually.
